Professional Roofing Services provides both re-roofing and roof repair services. We’ve also developed a network of other professionals—including companies that install gutters, specialty skylights and insulation, as well as electricians, plumbers, painters and other tradesmen—since we find that once you put a new roof on your home, you may discover other work that you wish to have done.
If your roof has not reached the end of its useful life, yet it’s leaking or you notice damp areas on your ceiling, you are in need of a roof repair. We’ll send out a technician—on an emergency basis if necessary—to inspect the situation and determine the best course of action.
Roofs may leak for a number of reasons:
- It’s time (or close to the time) to replace an aging roof
- Installation defects have occurred, such as inadequate tie-ins on room additions or patios
- Flashings are not functioning properly
- Roof materials are worn, broken or missing
Regardless of what’s occurring at your home, if it’s appropriate to repair the problem, we’ll do so in a timely manner. If we think something else needs to be done, such as a complete re-roof, we’ll make that recommendation to you.
